Where Is My Order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Delivery Timeline

Processing: 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
U.S. Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact your local post office or carrier directly. Softly Smith Boutique is not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

Incorrect Address?

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to redirect shipments to a different address after an order has been placed.
